Concert and Festival Recording

  • We record on 2 systems simultaneously, and use an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), to protect from any potential glitches or failures.
  • No set-up charges, no cost to your school or festival (for sales of at least 75 CDs, and no more than 15 songs).
  • We make all required royalty arrangements and payments.
  • We set-up EARLY. We do a thorough sound check during your rehearsal, without disturbing your musicians or conductor. This gives us time to communicate with the festival host, time to determine the absolute best location for our microphones and time to set our recording levels. This process helps to ensure the best possible sound quality for your recording.
  • Our recording engineer and equipment (other than microphones), is set-up away from audience view (if possible).
  • CUSTOM designed on-disc printing (not labels) and case inserts based on YOUR concert program.
  • We have a dedicated sales staff, to accept orders before, during (on-site), and after your event.
  • Customers give the order forms and payments directly to us: online, by mail, or at the event.
  • Customers have the option of going to our web site to order CD(s), before and after the concert.
  • We supply the order forms.
  • Festival hosts can complete all required information on paper or online.
  • Finished CDs are mailed DIRECTLY to each customer. Directors do NOT need to handle distribution.
